Scale of Pay:
- The training session lasts one year and costs between ₹50,000 and ₹1,60,000 (for E-2 grade).
- Training completion salary ranges from ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 for E-3 Grade.

- Upper Age Limit: 30 years as of 30th September 2024 for General (UR) & EWS candidates.
Age Relaxation:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

Educational Qualifications:
- Community Development: A postgraduate degree or diploma in community development or a comparable discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Environment: A first-class degree in environmental engineering or an engineering degree with a postgraduate diploma in environmental engineering with a minimum of 60%.
- Finance: Qualified CA/ICWA.
- Legal: A three- or five-year law degree with a minimum of 60%.
- Marketing and sales: require an MBA or PG Diploma in Management (with a marketing specialization) with at least 60%.
- Materials management: requires an engineering degree (electrical or mechanical) combined with an MBA or PG Diploma in Management (at least 60%).
- Personnel & HR: A postgraduate degree/diploma in human resources or a related field with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Security: Graduate.
- Coal Preparation: B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical/ Mineral Engineering or related fields with at least 60% marks.
