Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Civil Services (Pre) Examination

👉Age Limit: A candidate must be at least 21 years old and no older than 32 years old on August 1, 2025, i.e., born between August 2, 1993 and August 1, 2004.

👉Age Relaxation: The age relaxation is categorised as follows.

• SC/ST: Five years.

Selection Procedure for RRB Group D Recruitment 2025:

The selection procedure for RRB Group D posts consists of the following stages:

1. Computer-based testing (CBT)

            The CBT will test candidates on the following subjects:

• General Awareness
• Mathematics
• General Intelligence and Reasoning 

      2. Physical Efficiency Tests (PET)

Candidates who pass the CBT will be invited to participate in the PET, which measures physical      endurance and strength.

      3. Document Verification (DV)

Candidates must produce valid documentation to verify their eligibility.

      4. Medical Examination

        

Finally, candidates must pass a medical examination to demonstrate that they meet the physical and health requirements for the positions.

Test of Physical Efficiency (PET):

Candidates would be called for PET three times the community-wise total number of vacancies of the posts notified against RRBs/RRCs, based on their performance in the CBT. Railways does, however, have the right to alter this ratio as needed to guarantee that there are a sufficient number of qualified applicants for each of the advertised positions.
